Indoor Practice Facilities
The Highland Community College Baseball and Softball Programs use two separate facilities during the winter season. Each facility is unique and allows for practice to stay fluid even while inside. Fitness Lifestyles of Freeport and Pretzel City Sports Academy are both located in Freeport and are used by both programs.

Fitness Lifestyles 

This facility is located at 641 W Stephenson St Freeport, IL 61032. This space is used a majority for defensive practice during the winter months. 

Pretzel City Sports Academy

               
This facility is located downtown Freeport at the old Rawleigh building, 101 S Liberty Ave. The facility is located on the third floor and contains 4 batting cages along with varies tee stations. The Cougars use this facility year round and are able to practice a variety of offensive skills. Pretzel City Sports Academy is also used for private lessons.
